This agreement is made between: 

NasarDigital.com, a service of NASAR VENTURES (UEN 53478645J), referred to as the Service Provider and the Client, as per the Client Details mentioned above.

The Service Provider agrees to:

• Deliver digital marketing services to the Client (referred to as the “Services”), in accordance with the agreed terms.
• The specifics of these services are outlined on nasardigital.com/services.
• The choices comprise either the Brochure Website Plan or eCommerce Website Plan, with the possibility of additional supplementary services.

The Client agrees to:

• Provide all necessary content, materials, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Cooperate with the Service Provider to facilitate the completion of the Services.
• The Terms and Conditions outlined in this document.

Commitment Terms

• A minimum 12-month commitment is required for website development and marketing services
• 3-month minimum commitment for supplementary services.
• Monthly payments start when the website or services (SEO, SMM, Automation) goes live.

Ownership and Rights

After the 12 month commitment period, the Client will own the final website and all associated materials. The Service Provider retains the right to use the project in their portfolio and promotional materials.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information and not disclose it to any third party without written consent.

Termination

Either party can terminate this Agreement by giving written notice at least 7 days in advance. If termination happens, the Client must pay for all work completed until the termination date, which includes one month’s worth of the previously agreed-upon fee stated in the contract.

Warranty and Liability

The Service Provider warrants that the Services will be performed in a professional manner. However, the Service Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Services provided.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve it through mediation before resorting to legal action.
