Nahwood: From "Contact Us to Buy" to a Shop That Takes the Deposit

Nahwood makes solid teak furniture in its own workshop in Indonesia. Their site showed prices and an "Add to bag" button, but the checkout said it could not take orders. We redesigned it as a working shop with deposits, delivery dates and PayNow.

The Problem

Customers could pick a sofa, press "Add to bag", and then hit a wall: "We can't accept online orders right now. Please contact us to complete your purchase." Every sale went to WhatsApp by hand.

Most of Nahwood's range is made to order, so they also needed a way to take a deposit, show the lead time, and let customers choose finishes and sizes.
