The Cookie Workshop: From a Notice Board to a Shop Customers Can Browse

The Cookie Workshop bakes gourmet cookies, cakes and treats in Singapore. Its old website opened with store news and a list of events, while the bakes sat behind the menu. We rebuilt it on WordPress as a proper online shop, with every bake, its price and checkout in one place.

The Problem

In October 2025 the homepage opened with a "Hullo 2025!" welcome, a Diwali pre-order notice and a list of upcoming bazaars. It was warm and personal, but the news changed every season and pushed the bakes themselves down the page.

To order, customers had to read past the notices and then dig into the menu, where most of the range sat under "Gourmet Cookies & Cakes", "Treats & Desserts" and "More". Seasonal collections had no clear home of their own.
